Our story

Castle Rock Water Restoration Pros was established under current ownership on February 1, 2018, though the franchise presence in Douglas County goes back to 2004. That combination of local ownership with deep community roots and a national brand backing us is why homeowners and property managers trust us with the worst days of their year.
Our owners, Nick and Travis Ellerbroek, run every job through the same lens: fast response, IICRC-standard work, and a claim process that removes the stress from your day. Nick is a CPA, which turns out to matter more than you'd think when your insurer is involved. We document, coordinate, and bill directly, so you focus on your family, not your paperwork.
When a disaster is bigger than a single home, we have national resources to match. Our crews have deployed to Hurricane Harvey, Hurricane Irma, and the Tubbs Fire, and we can scale from a single flooded bathroom to a municipal or hospital-scale response without changing hands.
