We're Honored: Named Castle Rock Chamber Business of the Month

We got some good news last week, and we wanted to share it. The Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce named Castle Rock Water Restoration Pros as its Business of the Month for our local disaster-response work throughout Douglas County. It means a lot, and we owe you — the Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Lone Tree homeowners and businesses who trust us on your worst days — for the recognition.

What the award recognizes

The Chamber’s Business of the Month program highlights local businesses for their contributions to the community. In our case, they cited three things: emergency-response reliability across Douglas County, direct partnerships with the local insurance and property-management community, and volunteer contributions to Chamber events and community cleanup days.

We don’t do this work for awards. We do it because Castle Rock has been our home for the last eight years and this is where our families live. But when the community you serve recognizes your work — that’s the recognition that actually matters.

Where we’ve been

Over the last year we’ve:

• Responded to over 400 emergency water damage restoration calls across Castle Rock, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Castle Pines, Centennial, Englewood, Littleton, and Aurora
• Deployed for major Front Range hail events that damaged hundreds of Douglas County homes
• Built free Emergency Ready Plans for over 30 local commercial properties, including retail, medical, and property-management groups
• Partnered with local insurance agents to help homeowners understand their coverage before disaster strikes
• Volunteered at Chamber networking events, community cleanups, and local emergency-preparedness sessions

Some of the biggest moments were the hardest — helping families displaced by fires, coordinating with adjusters during a major storm week, quietly handling biohazard calls with respect and privacy. Those don’t make good marketing copy, but they’re the work that matters most.

The commercial side

Our commercial division has grown fast this year. Property managers, hospitals, universities, and government facilities in the South Denver metro have signed up for free Emergency Ready Plans — pre-built facility profiles that let us respond immediately when disaster strikes. Community involvement

We’ve committed to keeping showing up. Some of what’s coming:

• Continued volunteer work at Chamber events and community cleanups

• Ongoing partnership with local insurance agents to demystify claims
